We had a very difficult product to shoot. On top of everything else, we wanted it on black. We sent Revo our entire line of bottles and got magnificent results!

What is 360 Spin Product Photography?

360 spin product photography  is combining multiple images of a product taken at intervals in a 360° rotation. Often used for ecommerce product presentation, it is an extremely effective way to display many aspects of an item to a potential customer.

Of the many traits of interactive 360° product photography, perhaps the most incredible is the customer’s ability to more closely see every angle of a product. Each frame can be zoomed in on, allowing inspection of the most minute details. Many questions the customer would normally have can be answered in this way as they have full control of what they see.

How 360 Product Images Help Your Customer

Being able to see aspects of the back or sides not normally visible is an incredible tool in a customer’s hand. A texture, color or feature they would not normally see becomes a prime selling feature and can reduce product returns. An added benefit from a 360 product spin is that those photographs can often be used individually as stand-alone product photos.

This type of product photography usually is composed of at least 24 high resolution photographs and often many more. This ‘two birds with one stone’ feature is especially useful for listings of products online for sites such as Amazon, Shopify, Home Depot or Target.
